Syringa Creek Provincial Park [75] (Castlegar) Syringa Provincial Park is located near the southeastern end of the Lower Arrow Lake. The lake is actually a part of the Columbia River that was widened and deepened with the construction of the Hugh Keenleyside Dam at Castlegar.
