About the place: This 15th floor, two bedroom, two bath, . A cozy, air-conditioned space with a large balcony facing the West. Building amenities include sauna, pool, Tennis court, laundromat (cash-card operated), an on site convenience store with dry-cleaning services and movie rentals. *Underground parking is available at $90/month. Wireless high speed internet is available but we will share the monthly cost. The common area (living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony) will be our shared common area. All appliances are new including the dishwasher. Your room is very large with a walk through-2sided double closet and a private, en-suite full bath. There is also plenty of storage space. I would prefer one person but have a double bed if a couple is interested. The room has just been repainted, is equipped with bed, end table, computer table, chair and dressers. Cost for second person is $50 per week. Meals, room cleaning and laundry services available if required at an additional cost. Looking for: A working professional, graduate student or anyone needing a short-term or extended, comfortable stay , Length of stay is negotiable depending on your situation. This individual must be respectful, courteous and enjoy the company of others as I occasionally invite close friends over for dinner and a few glasses of Shiraz.
